My Unprofessional Florists

As I previously stated, I don't really like flowers: but since a wedding starts and end with flowers, I knew that it I have to have flowers during my big day in one way or another. For a Spanish-themed wedding like ours, I opted for Holland red roses bouquet, red roses and white calla lilies for the altar and aisles and (to limit the flowers) I asked my florist to just adorn the sandal wood fans I bought with few red roses and turquoise ribbons which asked my bridal entourage to carry as they walk on the aisle.

The fans are lovely. But, I didn't like my bridal bouquet as all. I specifically gave the picture below to my florist.

But they didn't deliver as expected.Plus! Instead of putting garden-aisle calla lilies as agreed, the put pots of calla lilies per aisle! That's what I get from trying to minimize my budgets for flowers: I was forced to work with unprofessional people who do not deliver what they committed. Luckily, I didn't ask them to decorate my reception venue.

Thanks,

Vittoria, The Frustrated Bride
